Maxim Ds18b20

The Maxim DS18B20 is a highly accurate temperature sensor with a digital output. This sensor provides 9 to 12-bit (configurable) temperature readings over a 1-Wire interface, so that only one pin is required. The DS18B20 is well-suited for demanding temperature sensing applications, offering low power consumption, a wide temperature range (-55°C to +125°C), and high precision (±0.5°C accuracy from -10°C to +85°C). With its unique 64-bit serial code, multiple DS18B20s can be connected to the same 1-Wire bus, allowing for a wide range of temperature sensing applications.
